The contract number is the last six digits of your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), listed in the Vehicle Information section on page one of your service contract.
You must take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility open to the public during regular business hours. The technician at the facility should be proficient in disassembling the car until the failed component, examining it, identifying the cause of failure, and then repairing or replacing the part. Both the diagnostics and repairs should be conducted at the same facility. Please note that 2B Safe Warranty reserves the right to select a repair facility other than your chosen one.
The deductible amount is $100 per claim unless you have purchased the "$0 Deductible" option at the time of contract signing.

Each plan mandates a 30-day or 1000-mile waiting period from the sign-up date and odometer reading before the coverage becomes effective. Any significant breakdowns during the waiting period will be deemed pre-existing vehicle conditions.
Yes, you most certainly can transfer your contract to a new owner by simply following the instructions listed in the Transfer Coverage section of our main menu. A transfer fee of $99 applies.
